SARA Investment Real Estate is moving closer to signing leases necessary to begin construction of a two-story 22,000 square foot office/retail building at the site of the former Chi-Chi’s building on Madison’s west side. SARA is negotiating with several tenants that are looking forward to taking advantage of the expansive views to the open space and views directly adjacent to the site. The project was approved by the city of Madison Plan Commission in late 2008 and demolition of the existing building has already taken place.
