A major addition/remodel is well underway at a private residence on a lakefront parcel on Waunona Way in Madison. The project includes updating mechanical systems, energy efficiency upgrades, a new master suite, reconfigured kitchen, bedrooms, bath and stairs as well as creating accessibility to both floors. The project took a year to get through the city approval process because of the unique situation on the lake. The general contractor is Another Choice, Inc.
