Apex Enterprises, Inc. is moving forward with the planning process for a new 44,000 square foot multi-tenant office building at 6225 University Avenue in the city of Madison. The building will employ state-of-the-art energy efficient technology and will be clad in metal panel, porcelain tile & cement board siding. A precast concrete structural frame with 12′ floor-to-floor heights will offer planning flexibility and will accommodate almost any type of tenant.

Initial reaction from the neighborhood and city staff has been positive. The project was presented to the city’s Urban Design Commission on July 15 in Madison and was well received as a great example of high density urban infill development.
