The Bishops Bay development is envisioned as a new community conceptualized to minimize urban sprawl by developing a fully integrated community within the developing urban fabric of two existing communities.

Selected through a national competition process, Bouril Design Studio is paired with the award winning national planning firm SWA, and the regional engineering firm, Vierbicher Associates to provide comprehensive planning services for the business and single family home sections of the development. The overall development is a long term undertaking with an approximately 20 year build-out plan.

A wide variety of lifestyles and building types are allowed for in this comprehensive planning. Up to 4,500 people are envisioned living, working, shopping and entertaining in this new community.
