The existing ten-building complex is in the process of a complete update allowing it to be repositioned in the market as an office center for new technology companies.

The multi-year updating plan for the existing 25-acre development involves several phases of work. New work is intended to provide new and updated services including a building addition joining two office buildings together into a larger multi-use facility while also providing a new entry statement to the entire development.
