11,000 Square Feet, Remodeling

Keeping the existing dental practices in operation throughout the entire construction process was an important goal of this phased redesign and expansion of this medical facility. All public areas and dental suite spaces were remodeled in the existing 11,000 square foot building, along with complete updating to the buildings mechanical services.

The design work included:

• Complete remodeling and 100% expansion of the ground floor dental clinic
• In place remodeling of the existing Oral Arts Studio on the second floor
• Updating of second floor lease area to allow development of a future dental suite
• Interior Building upgrades include the addition of an elevator and opening of the public stairs and lobby to provide a dramatic entry.
