Bergamont Clubhouse and Poolhouse

Serving as the center for community activity, this semi-public golf course and banquet facility is designed to accommodate 300 guests at a single event. This building includes full kitchen facilities and supporting indoor and outdoor beverage bars, storage for golf carts and general offices.

The Clubhouse is a two-story complex using reinforced concrete retaining walls, structural steel framing, precast suspended slab, and timber roof trusses. The elevated exterior reinforced concrete deck offers an extraordinary view of the grounds.

The Pool House accommodates retail space, offices, general and sports storage needs in a single story building.
