Bouril Design Studio is an organization of depth, diversity & experience. Our current Team represent 21+ years of evolution & fine tuning. While the profession of architecture is so often thought of as a creative & technical type business, it is also a people business. Our organizational structure is set up to encourage & facilitate internal team participation within a creative studio environment. Our office is small enough to allow for interaction among all staff members, yet large enough to have specialized areas of expertise within the studio. Individuals with particular expertise share their knowledge with others on an as-needed basis throughout the course of a typical day.

Robert R. Bouril, AIA
Architect, Project Manager

Robert Bouril’s success can be contributed to his diverse experience and education. At the start of his career he was involved in environmentally sensitive residential design and construction. In the 1980′s he shifted to commercial and institutional projects in a corporate architectural environment. He established Bouril Design Studio, LLC in 1988 to emphasize creative design at a personal level. As a result, his work has been published in national publications and he is periodically quoted in local newspapers on residential design issues. With over twenty-five years of experience, Bob brings a full understanding of the design process, unique design solutions and solid technical knowledge and to each project.

Kirk Keller, AIA, NCARB
Architect, Project Manager

Kirk Keller is experienced in all phases of project development, from site selection, master planning and economic assessment to design. His understanding of the business factors relevant to a wide range of design functions is invaluable as he helps clients identify the best use of money and space. With twenty-five years of practice experience, Kirk has concentrated his career in the areas of master planning, commercial, healthcare and corporate design.

Jeff L. Maertz, AIA
Architect

Jeff Maertz is responsible for the project design and construction administration for both public and private clients. His experience has included programming, planning, project design, and construction administration. Jeff has worked on a variety of projects including hospitals, churches, childcare facilities, retail, tenant development and commercial office buildings. His knowledge of designing professional buildings will allow for the design process to proceed smoothly from the initial design development through to construction completion.
