Project Organization

Bouril Design Studio, LLC is organized in a way that benefits the owner with responsive service, accountability and consistency. Each project is lead by a Project Manager who is responsible for day-to-day management activities including project scheduling, client communications, coordination with outside team members, coordination of design and management of CAD and technical activities. Design is lead by one of our Design Architects who also works directly with the client but reports to the Project Manager.

Depending on the project and the services provided, there may also be an Interior Designer involved that will work directly with the owner, the Design Architect and the Project Manager. This team approach helps facilitate communications and exchange of ideas.

The Project Manager is provided technical and CAD support from our technical staff and 3-D imaging services from our Computer Imaging Specialist. Outside consultants, vendors and contractors also coordinate directly with the Project Manager. The Project Manager is also responsible for responding to or delegating construction related questions and attending on-site progress meetings. All team members track time to electronic timesheets for accounting and billing purposes. The Project Manager approach gives each client a single source of responsibility for their project.
