Addition / Remodeling
“We really love our location and neighborhood, but we have outgrown our house.”
“Although we need more space, we are not sure how to reconfigure the existing spaces to accommodate an addition and are not quite sure how it will look from the outside.”
“Where do we start?”
Just the thought of remodeling, reconfiguring or adding on to your home can be a bit overwhelming. It doesn’t need to be. We can assist you in all aspects of design, planning, zoning and governmental approvals, determining structural feasibility and assistance in bidding and contractor selection. By following a structured step by step process, you will arrive at the best design solution for your home. If you are concerned about protecting your investment like most homeowners are, the time & efforts that you spend in the planning process will be time well spent. A well planned project can enhance the value of your home just as a poorly designed project can devalue it.
Each addition/remodeling project has its own unique set of circumstances. Although every design solution is one-of-a-kind, the design process is consistent from project to project. A customized approach is necessary to address all of the design issues specific to your home. Our experience is extensive & includes almost every type of addition & remodeling that you can imagine including kitchens, baths, bedrooms, master suites, second floors & entire house reconfigurations.
