Yes, purchasing a “Stock House Plan” is a good way of getting the design features of a custom home while saving money on the cost of a custom design.  Stock House Plans are designed in much the same way as any custom home; however, the drawings are essentially complete and ready to be printed & delivered.  A Stock House Plan can also be modified to fit a specific site or situation for a relatively small additional cost as compared to starting from scratch.

Our Stock House Plans include floor, roof, ceiling, footing & foundation, structural framing & electrical plans, exterior elevations, building & wall sections, interior elevations & details and are suitable for construction.
