Design Consultation Package
Discuss your dreams, building objectives and personal style with an architectural design expert. A two-hour review of building concepts or previously developed plans and designs is the best way to begin a custom home project. Further consulting services are available on a per-hour basis at our standard billing rates.
Concept Design Package
Explore design concept and see your home emerge in simple renderings. This package includes an initial pre-design meeting, site visit, a series of sketches — including site, floor and roof plans, front exterior elevations — and a follow-up design review meeting.
Concept Design & Development Package
Receive comprehensive project design, with a pre-design meeting followed by a site visit. Conceptual design studies are developed for presentation, to be refined during a series of client meetings until the scope of the project is clearly defined. Drawings include site, floor and roof plans, building and wall sections and exterior elevations. A Bouril architect will also review any legal documents, zoning requirements and architectural covenants governing a property.
New Home Builder Package
Collaborate with a Bouril design team to create a customized home design with basic construction drawings to define the essential requirements for construction. This package is best suited for smaller homes or projects of relatively simple detail, particularly when a builder has already been selected.
Additions & Remodeling Builder Package
Similar to the New Home Builder Package, comprehensive custom design services result in basic construction drawings that define the essential requirements for remodeling or home addition construction.
Semi-Custom Home Package
For clients interested in a more complex, uniquely situated or detailed home design, the Semi-Custom Home package may be the answer. Expanded services include product and material research, as well as increased involvement with a Bouril design team.
Custom Home Package
Our most complete architectural service package, custom home design offers the highest level of service, quality and detail. Perfect for custom lakefront and golf course property development, Bouril provides complete architectural services from initial concepting through construction.
Interior Design Services
Create personal touches with professional help. An experienced interior designer can provide just a few hours of consultation or complete interior design services, from advice and purchasing to 3D modeling and room dressing.
Fundamental 3D Imaging
Test form, structure and building materials in three dimensions with simple exterior 3D modeling. Perfect for owners who have detailed plans but want a better understanding of their home’s mass, roof forms and openings. Additional details, including color and texture, can also be applied.
Comprehensive 3D Imaging
Technical plans take shape in life-like 3D models embellished with material, color, texture, detail, shadows and landscaping. Initial modeling results can be refined even further to allow clients to study the smallest design elements. Bouril 3D imaging services can be added to any service package.
